If this is the case, I may suspect some Refresh() problems (check Grid.Refresh(), Form.Refresh() and page.refresh() if it's a PageFrame).
I may also suspect Video Driver, but you said, it's only in run-time version?
Sorry, could not be more of help here... It's a real puzzle :(
