thanks for the corrections

I have one report that needs to change in 15 different areas depending on the state. Right now I say in this area print memo 1 this area print memo#2 etc. when changing to a more normalized database design I have a detail table with multiple records containing each memo field. How can you tell the report where to print the correct one? I hope this makes sense. Thanks again for your help
