For what it's worth, you can also move a project by going in Explorer and use CTRL+C to copy and CTRL+V to paste into the new directory. When you open the project again you will get a message saying, "Project has moved, make ... the new directory?" Say yes to that and all should be fine. If not, locate them as Rick said to do.
