Hi Michel,
I reserved in the Travelodge on Harbor Island. (619) 2916700 Corp rate was $84. It's approx 1/2 mile from the Sheraton. 9 stories, 200+ rooms, etc.
The Holiday Inn-Bayside is approx 3 miles away $105 /night.

Both hotels were open as of last week.
