I am using a RowSourceType =2 because I want to dynamically Filter the Table (RowSource). This is faster than re-building an entire Array or set of Values everytime I want to change the RowSource.
In this case, how can I have a different BMP (Picture) to display for each record. I have tried .PICTURE = Eval(fRowSource.Picture) without luck
