I know the interactive change fires but the issue is that with the movers option as soon as you click on an item the interactive change fires.

To test this I placed a messagebox in the interactive change event and as soon as I clicked the list box it displayed my messagebox.

I only want to do something when and item is moved in the list such as

List items
-----------
Item 1 = Test1
Item 2 = Test2
Item 3 = Test3

I want to know when Test1 moves to the number three spot and this would cause Test2 to move to the number one spot and Test3 to the number two spot.
