Tom, I looked there - there was a dead link to a general contract programmers agreement, but nothing really specific to software licensing. I also searched the UT on 'Software License' and didn't have any luck.

It's something that I'll definitely have looked over by our lawyer, but I'd like to put together a rough draft for him first.
