Hi All,

I am getting this message (a page or frame, actually) more and more frequently.
Worse, though, is that any attempt to REFRESH consistently instantly results in a re-display of the same message. It's as if the damned thing 'remembers' it had trouble and simply defaults to that instead of really trying again.

Does anyone know how I can FORCE a genuine refresh attempt?
