It's not quite THIS off-synch, but this is about what I'm getting:

|Left Text Here |

If I could type "Left Text Here" 'between' the two lines on the left, it would look more like what I'm getting, when of course what I want is:

|Left Text Here Page X of Y|

If I'm able to make some headway with your previous suggestion, I suppose I could use the same thing to try to find my own workaround of this. :)
