I *have* done this in RARE cases, but it is somewhat of a pain. So what I have taken to doing, which is not at all that good, is to leave the "To" alone but to address my response to the person it is "intended" to. For instance, in the thread I see above "Re: Indent missing in Messages" I might be in Vlad's message when I think of something relevant, so I will click on Relpy but I will start with "Claude. . .". Not so good, but I am basically lazy!
