I think you have met the same thing I solved last month. Probably you got "wrong" TreeView installed, if you recently installed or reinstalled VB, for example.
Copy comctl32.ocx from VFP CD-ROM and re-register it. (it is in OS\SYSTEM, size 332288, date 8/21/96)
