Kevin,
It's possibly due to the fact taht the files haven't been registered yet, if you merely copied them.

The files located in the Crystal directory are function libraries and can be copied. There are a few files that get put into your SYSTEM/SYSTEM32 directiry that have to be regsitered. An example of this is CPEAUT32.DLL.

Also make sure that you have all of the DLL in the Crystal directory that you need. For example, reports that make use of the Store and Fetch variable functions need the U??Store.DLL file.
