I downloaded the ATS from MS. I successfully installed it on my Personal Web, accessed it from several other machines and was happy (metaphorically speaking).

So, I installed it on our primary server and it didn't work.

I installed in on our test server (also NT 4.0 SP5) and it worked fine. BUT the server can't access either my installation or the test machine.

If I debug into the code, it blows up when it tries to access a file in the root directory (ATS keeps a record set file to keep track of what servers it knows about, in the root).

The browser at the server has never given us any problems accessing sites and presumably downloading cookies, etc. I have compared every option in it to my browser and set them the same and am clueless why ATS can't access that file.
