I am using GOURL.PRG (found here in the files section) to allow users to launch their web browser and go to a specified URL. This works fine on my machine.

However, on my user machines it is not working. The GOURL() function returns a 2. This means Bad Association (invalid URL).

IE is installed and working fine on their machines.

Why is it not working and returning this error code?
