I don't consult any more, but it would have been nice to have a database to reference when being approached by
new clients or head hunters. One that would allow both sides to state their case and let others make the decision
to take on the job from that client or accept the positon offered by that headhunter.



It just like Doctors. Wouldn't you want to know if your doctor had 8 lawsuites for malpractice against him, or
lost his license to practice in the state he/she just moved from?

Or your programmer has lost his/her liability insurance and no other insurers will write coverage on him/her
because of business losses do to bad programs?

Would UT be a nice place for that. ????
