In manuals and help screen all you need to do is do the following for a title to appear:
TITLE=This is a title
The title is displayed but I receive an error message.
If in quotes after the = the title string is in quotes.
TITLE='This is a title'
displays: This is a title'
If I have a space after the first quote:
TITLE=' This is a title'
displays: ‘This is a title'
Had this problem in both 3.0 and 3.0b
