Sorry for the delay on this - I haven't been online for nearly a week.

You can set margins in page layout. Also, check your default font and make sure
it's set to something like Arial that all computers can see.

I was fixing a client's FPW2.6 report last week and had problems with it spilling over onto a second page when it was clearly a one-page report. I found that by resetting the default font to Arial from the default (Courier New, I think) the problem was solved. Somewhere internally it was mis-calculating the page length.
