It's not really their fault. This pobre gente here buy whatever meat they can find in the supermarket. It's usually 90% hormones & drugs and 10% dead cow (if that's what it really is). Absolutely tasteless. Even those world-famous steak houses that you find in NY where you pay $25 for a chunk of meat are pathetic.

That's why BBQ sauces are so popular here. In our countries (I'm from venezuela) we just sprinkle the meat with some rock salt and we have a real meal (no marinade BS).

Eating US meat is to food like making love for reproductive purposes alone. Shameful.

I found a place near my house that sells entrania and that's all we buy. The funny thing is that it comes from Canada!
