Hi John

Using NT you have to design your non-standard papers in the print server
settings. Create there a new form with the appropriate papersize and margins.
There is a KnowledgeBase article in the MSDN describing the exact procedure
(I haven't the ID at hand here, but search for NT and printing).

Be aware of an NT bug when entering the papersizes in metrics use Inches
instead and do the calculation by yourself if needed.

I normaly don't work with direct printing and therefore I'm not sure about
the set printer problem but try to change your default windows or vfp
printer to the correct one and set there your new formular as standard too.
