Ok Jess, but now I've in the init event of the form this code:

paramVal=2000 && set value to parameter that is used in the remote view
browse && view records if it works

The window of the browse shows no records. I think that paramVal is not visible in the view so it retrives no records. How to set value or pass this to the wiew ?
