i'm just trying to write a trigger that should do a cascading delete on a table with a hierarchial relationship so that if you delete a project in a projects table all sub projects referenced in the same table (and their sub projects and so on should be deleted).

ireadthat atrigger on a table cannot modify the table it belongs to.so how can i do this?
