I HAVE to populate a combobox with approx. 12000 employees. Unfortunately this takes about 5-6 seconds which wouldn't be a problem if I only had to do it once. My question is though, Is there a way I can load a combobox at start-up and reuse it on different forms so I don't need to keep going to the DB.
