Saying that ANY food becomes carcinogenic once zapped in a microwave oven is like saying that all databases will respond slower if you add tags on deleted() - how's that for getting this tread somewhat on topic? ;-)
Super-heated molecules don't necessarily change and then if they do, they don't necessarily become carcinogenic.
