There is a software, VIT iRates, that displays exhange rates for many (all?) countries. It has a History feature, also. All rates are refreshed every day.
The URL is under construction, but you can download the sowftware from
http://www.download.com.
>I can't answer all your questions, but you can start at
http://quote.yahoo.com/m3?u for exchange rates. You can probably do a more thorough search on exchange rates on Yahoo! or
http://www.hotbot.com>

>>1- Does anyone know of software (Visual FoxPro or otherwise) that will accept conversion rates between foreign currencies and US dollars via download?
>>
>>2- How does it access the conversion rates? Online service? Website?
>>
>>3- How often per day are these rates changed?
>>
>>4- How are the rates sent? In a table? Spreadsheet? Simple data file? Other?
