>The only place I can find it is in DBA_OBJECTS, which lists all objects in a database. It appears to be owned by the correct schema, with the correct name. It however is not listed as a trigger, or any other valid type of database object, (view, sequence, table, etc) nor does it have the foriegn keys to it's component parts (code, index, constraint etc). It does not show up in any other dba view or table that I have looked in.
>Only this and two other triggers to validate, get the data current from the old database and the new intranet version of my app goes on line. This is day two of tracing down this 'invisable' object.

As a last resort [ifpossible], have you shutdown the instance and restarted?
