Sorry to hear about it. This is one of the strains of the ILOVEYOU virus still circulating. The latest takes the form of a Joke.

Forms use the same extension as a script file (SCT). The virus deletes your SCT file and creates a new one with the virus code embedded in it. Without a backup, there is no way back.

I'm not sure even ReFox would work, although I'm not positive on this. What file would you give it to decompile? The form's object code was in the memo file that got deleted.
