I have had an incredibly annoying thing happen to any thing to do with VSS. I recently bought a new computer with W2K. I installed the VSS client with the net setup. Now when I open the VFP project that I was working on fine under W98, it downloads about 12 meg of something and takes forever to open! If I go into the VSS project directly and just expand a folder to look at it, it acts like it's downloading the contents. I'm on a DSL VPN to a client site. Nothing has changed there, e.g., I can still copy files at an appropriate speed. Only VSS has gone stupid.

Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? Thanks for any help.
