Either upgrade to IE5, or apply the IE 4.01 upgrade and current 4.01 SP. Both of these should be available on the Windows Update web site, and are included in the current MS TechNet (except that IE 5.5 is now formally released and ready for download, and was released after the July TechNet disks shipped.)
