I wish I could help here, but I'm an Outlook newbie. I've never tried to do this. Hopefully, someone else can jump in here and provide some pointers. As I said, I thought, but didn't know whether or not it was possible. You would think, however, that given the ILOVEYOU virus that something would be implemented to combat this. I believe that MS recently released a service pack for office, and it may address this. Unfortunately, while I've got the SP, I haven't applied it yet.
