I do not usually reply to my one posting however to prevent others from wasting time trying to track this down.

I found out that some of the forms, which are supplied by the client, have been protected with the "Track changes" setting instead of the "Form" setting. When I unprotected the form and then protected it again with the "Form" setting the error went away.
