Hmm...I don't know much about this, George, but I tried creating a little .VBS, which ran. Then I renamed wscript.exe & cscipt.exe, and the .VBS won't run, all I get is a dialog trying to locate a wscript.
Are you saying that someone can still circumvent this problem easily in an SHS by using one of the other files you mention? Not sure exactly how the Life Stages worked, beyond what Syvain said. There was a *lot* of code in there, it was fairly complex-looking, that I did see - not a real simple virus done by an amateur.
