Big. But what does it matter? It's part of the OS and always loaded.
Microsoft has stated that the runtime is supposed to be fast - as fast as the VB UI is now or faster. If that's the case I can live with that - compared to VFP VBs UI flies.
I am somewhat concerned about this though. I'd be great if performance is good out of the box, but I'm not so sure this will actually be the case since everything in the CLR is based on COM. The problems that arise in these situations always have to do with the scenario where you need to show lots of data. If you've ever done a list view with a few thousand items you know what I'm talkgin about :=}...
We'll have to wait and see how it all turns out. Even the current preview is probably too early to really tell size and performance for what the final product(s) will look like.
