You know how it is. When you are on a contract, you receive tons of calls for other contracts. Once the contrat is finished, it gets down.

This is now a mininum price for an app. At least in Montreal, this is what it is. Just imagine is the consulting is working on site for at least one month, this is what at least he'll have for that period.
