Our VFP6 system is built for distribution using InstallShield Express and delivered on cd. Out of 200 installations from identical cds, we have 6 or 7 that are getting an OLE error Class Not Registered 0x80040154. These are mostly on NT4 but some are on Win98.

I have tried reinstalling and reregistering vfp6r.dll, oleaut32.dll, olepro32.dll using regsvr32.exe. They register fine but don't solve the problem. I opened the scx that reports the error, went to the rec# and its a toolbar (qtoolbar) in a vcx with a base class of toolbar.

Any idea what to do here and also why this happens on only a few pcs?
