After following our discussion, I'v reinstaled DCOM98 mDac_typ and the package, I had the same problem.
I've installed DCom98, MDac_typ and the package on a new machine and I've also the same result.
I think we forgot a DLL but wich one ?
Is there a list with all the file (dll, ocx,..) needed for a dataproject ?
