VFP can handle ADO just fine, but you don't have to use it with VFP. Where is the data that you want to put into the emails? If it's in Fox tables, then ADO is not needed at all.

Or are you reading incoming mail from Outlook, and need to put it into tables?

You can drive Outlook just fine from VFP through OLE automation.
