John Koziol wrote this utility because there was nothing else.

As I see it, you have a few choices:
1. Use Frx2Word. (doesn't sound like an option for you) :-)
2. Write your own version of Frx2Word. (not something I would highly recommend)
3. Bypass the VFP report creation and use OLE Automation to directly output to Word. Create whatever cursors you need in VFP, create a Word object (e.g. oWord=Createobject("Word.Application")) and write text, create Word tables, etc.
