What's New in... documents that came with each release. I know the period between table and field was available in FP 2.x. I skipped from FB+ to FP 2.5, so I don't know about FP 1.
It was definitely that way for FPDOS 1.02 - the oldest thing I've actually looked at in the last 3-4 years.
