What may have happened is the include file still had the same date and time stamp from the last compile. If you make any kind of change in the file and even take back the change and save, this will change the time stamp. Then the next compile will be done on every form, class, etc., that references that file.

If the Recompile did not have an affect, this may be a bug in the project manager.

Agreed on all counts -- I guess the important point for Shane, or others having problems with Include files, is that I have had similar problems when moving environments from version 5 to 6. In those cases, explicit COMPILEs of the include files did the trick, while Recompile All in the project manager did not. I was vaguely curious as to why that was the case, but after about twenty seconds I turned my attention to something else and never got to the bottom of it. The important thing was that it worked.
