I couldn't tell if you were winking or if you had something caught in your eye *g* when you said:
I am unaware of any deactivate event associated with the controls contained on a page ;-)
I was just posting that controls do have a Deactivate event when placed on Pages in Pageframes. And after reading the entire thread for the first time, it probably has nothing to do with this context.
