Yeah, I agree that 10,000 is an awful lot. I did it just as an experiment. From what I have done so far, XML is good for sending small amounts of data, such as the information contained in an invoice, a statement of account, and such business related data that usually are not that large. For sending massive amounts of data, it is probably better to compress it, send the raw data via HTTP, and have the recepient application extract it. You could send foxpro tables or in fact any type of data this way.
