Well, I never heard to do in the way you mentioned, that why I say curious, but I tried with the sample Larry answers me and worked well, could never imagine to start any in the C runtime. :)

LOL, Yes I know this problem, but I have solved installing another printer drivers, never found a scenario that couldn't be solved (well most is trashing the HP supplied drivers... now works but with less functionallity.
