I've had the same experience. I had even shutdown VFP completely the other day including all other apps and then pulled the plug on my dock station to test that the PC kept running on battery which it did. However, it locked up so I had to turn it off. When I turned it on again the last SCX file that I had been working in was completely trashed and contained data that was in a table that I had open previously.

I see this as a severe bug!
