Go to www.west-wind.com. Rick Strahl has a book about Web technology which I'm sure would cover stateless programming. You may want to post a message on the message board there to double check for sure.

Ever since I HAD to get into Web programming a couple of months ago, Strahl has basically been my mentor. Not to mention the fact that his product, Web Connection (oooh! major plug here), is dynamite.
