Look what's inside the tempdir var.
Most likely you have a space in there.
Most Win9X systems have C:\WINDOWS\TEMP as tempdir, but Windows 2000 has something like: C:\Documents and settings\Username\Local Settings\Temp as tempdir. (Note the many spaces)
As Ed recommended, use CD (TempDir) instead, more stable, faster and the way the FoxTeam want you to do these kind of stuff.
