SP3 is downloadable. Should work with Word97 - as long as you don't do anything too complex.

Why would you have to convert all the files to reports ??? If you want to email the native VFP generated report, you can't do that - you'd have to find another way.

If I'm giving the wrong solutions here, please give more info on what you actually want to do and maybe we could come up with something.
