PMFJI, but for the sake of cleaning up, I'd heartily recommend that, at least with Excel, that you call its Quit method. Further, if you reference cells in a range via FOR EACH oCell IN oRange, you'll end up with a reference to Excel that can only be gotten rid of via CLEAR ALL or quitting application.
