Well now that you mentioned it they did blame the app, until I invited them to watch (and time) some window copies that I performed. Then the light bulbs went off that they had an actual Network issue. Said they would get back to me when they investigated. Ever since then I have been the one in touch asking if the problem had been located. So far they show no signs of fixing the problem. Which may not be a problem at all, it could be what I call Novell-Norm.
