Hi joy

While you are working with MSMq from a workstation you need two things.

1 . MSMQ PEC(Primary Enterprise Conrroller)Should be installed on SERVER .
If you are using WIN NT This can be installed from NT 4.0 Option Pack

2 . MSMQ Independent Client Should be installed on Workstation
This is avilable on win98 /win2000 CD in addon folder . From here install PWS (Personal web server ) . MSMQ is on of the option with PWS
