The IF USED() will return True because the file is in use just not selected (I know, I know Bad programming!)

Actually, this was an example... what happens is, westwind 2.73 creates a temp DBF in %temp% dir. I sometimes get a 'file is in use' Foxpro Dialog, because it tries to delete and the system is not finished. This also holds up the server .
